Harm Reduction doll, talking stick and journey buddy.

Kit's a a squishy little spaceworm. He’s not in a rush in fact, he moves real slow on purpose. Kit's all about intentional gliding, cozy corners, and keeping your brain and bladder happy.

Ketamine Harm Reduction

The Do's

  • Start Small
K hits hard and fast. A little goes a long way especially your first time.

  • Test Your Supply
Use a reagent test. K can be cut with harmful stuff, including opioids.

  • Use in a Safe, Chill Space
Sit or lie down. Falling while K’d out is not part of the journey.

  • Have a Sober Sitter (or a Trusted Friend)
Someone should be present who’s not floating in the void. Safety first. See our sitter mini guide.

  • Stay Hydrated
Sip water. Dry mouth and bladder issues are real.

  • Label Your Lines or Doses
Avoid accidental double doses. Confusion = chaos.

  • Wait Between Doses
Re-dosing stacks effects and increases blackout risk. Give it time.

  • Take Breaks Between Use
Frequent use can mess with memory, mood, and bladder health. Go easy.

The Don'ts

  • Don’t Mix with Downers (Especially Alcohol or Benzos)
This combo is risky and can suppress breathing. Bad mix.

  • Don’t Use Standing or in Crowds
K impairs motor control save it for couches, not dance floors.

  • Don’t Use Alone
Dissociation with no one around = dangerous situation.

  • Don’t Drive or Operate Anything
Even after you "feel fine" reaction time and coordination stay off.

  • Don’t Assume It’s Just K
Especially with powder TEST IT!  Fentanyl contamination = real threat.

  • Don’t Chase the K-Hole
It’s not a competition. High doses = amnesia, confusion, injury risk.

  • Don’t Ignore Bladder Symptoms
Peeing a lot? Burning sensation? Stop use and see a doctor chronic K use can cause serious bladder damage.
