THE DO’S: 
Use as directed. Always follow the dosage recommendations listed for each of our products
Start low. Like, really low.
Have a sober, trusted sitter. A sitter = *trip lifeguard*. No sitter = no-go. See our sitter mini guide below.
Prepare your setting. Peaceful, private, quiet space. No interruptions.
Set an intention. Something gentle like “Let me be open” or “Help me surrender.”
Clear your schedule. Peak = 15–30 min. Integration lasts hours or days.
Integrate afterward. Journal, talk, meditate, or walk. Growth happens here. 
 
THE DON’TS: 
Don’t mix with other substances. Avoid MAOIs, SSRIs, stimulants, alcohol.
Don’t use in a dark headspace. It amplifies what’s there.
Don’t do it alone (first time). Even pros benefit from a sitter.
Don’t underestimate it. Short ≠ easy. It’s ego-dissolution, not a party. 
Don’t drive or handle sharp objects. Wait a few hours. Rest.
Don’t chase the high. Re-dosing too soon = confusion & overwhelm. 
 
The Sitter Mini-Guide
What You Are: Calm, sober, supportive presence. Guardian of the body while mind travels. Nonjudgmental anchor. 
What You Are Not: Guide, therapist, or shaman. Documentarian. Entertainment source. 
Checklist:
■ Stay sober and grounded. 
■ Safe environment: clear floor, dim lights, silence phones. ■Gentle reassurance if they’re scared.
■ Help them lie/sit safely.
■ Don’t touch unless necessary. 
■ Water, tissues, blanket handy. 
■ Stay after and be present. 
In the case of an emergency (not breathing, seizures, etc.) call 911. Stay calm. 

Remeber, You can’t “win” the trip. You can only surrender.
