Through live singing, intuitive sharing, and gentle presence, Nia will guide you into deeper connection with yourself — allowing the music and words to soften the edges, quiet the mind, and open space within.
We carry so much every day — emotions we haven’t processed, stories we tell ourselves, tension we don’t even notice. Sometimes we don’t need more answers or more effort — we just need space to listen. To feel. To be held. This is the heart of Soul Room.
